The little mistakes really cost me in the match. I dug myself into a hole and couldn't get out of it.

It's really frustrating. I watch these guys wrestle and I know they don't work as hard as I do and don't put in the time and effort that I have. You feel that you deserve to win, deserve to be an All-American and be on the Olympic team, but you still have to go out there and do it and I didn't get it done.
